If you don't have the time or the money to visit a spa here are some suggestions to make your own home spa experience.
Light some perfumed candles and place around the bath area. Run a warm bath and add some Dermalogica Stress Relief Treatment Oil to the running water. This makes a wonderful aromatherapy treatment and all you have to do is lay back and relax. You could even try the meditation exercise below.

Meditation
Our busy lifestyles do not leave enough time for relaxation and leisure time. It is very important that we re-charge our batteries - we wouldn't dream of never having a car serviced but we do forget to take time for ourselves. Meditation can be done anywhere at any time once you have put in a little practice. It is an excellent way of switching off even if only for 10 minutes a day.
Five East Steps To Meditating
If you do this exercise for 5 minutes when you wake up and 5 minutes before you go to bed you will soon be able to meditate anywhere and for as long as you wish. You will notice that you become calmer under pressure, your concentration will improve and a sense of general wellbeing will prevail!
